We found our dream home in Chandler but hadn’t sold our current house yet in Gilbert. Mark put together a bridge loan so we could move forward without a contingency, which made our offer much stronger in a competitive market. After our old home sold a couple months later, he handled the refinance into a permanent conventional loan quickly and easily. Two closings, zero headaches.
